Philosophy, Mission, and Vision Statements
This Agency believes that health care is a basic human right. It must be available, coordinated and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other human services when appropriate. We believe home health is an important part of the continuous health care system, and it shall be provided in the most cost-effective way possible.
We believe that home care and health and wellness services play an integral part in the health care system. The continuum is designed to provide a client and the caregiver education and support as needed. It is also designed as support to a client with a life limiting illness who has the right to live their final days comfortably in their own home to the fullest extent possible.
This Agency and its staff shall operate and provide services in compliance with all applicable federal state and local laws and regulations. To the best of our knowledge, based on our Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Program and professional personnel practices, our services comply with professional standards and principles.
